Through innovation in technology and financing, our goal is to optimize the relationships between energy providers and consumers. Job Description The Director, Supply Chain will report to the COO and is responsible for all aspects of the supply chain, including supply chain strategy, forecasting, sourcing, contracting, vendor management, outsourced manufacturing, and logistics (delivery and returns). Examine existing procedures and opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Will coordinate with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable WIP and inventory. The roles will have a real and lasting impact by improving productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Responsibilities Developing procurement and cost containment strategy leveraging multi-year volumes while avoiding overhang commitments Conduct periodic review meetings with Sales, Marketing and Demand Planners to review inventory supply plan and stocking levels Negotiating multi-year procurement commitments with periodic POs Develop local spares and support strategy to ensure repair SLAs Develop and execute supplier quality assurance processes Develop logistics strategy and processes to direct ship to regional markets/installers Expedite and monitor production and shipments as needed to maintain appropriate inventory in support of demand Direct all movement, storage, and processing of product and materials Develop strategies for duties and tariff optimization with global suppliers Lead supply chain activities related to process engineering and ERP implementation Manage RMA processing, vendor warranties along with recycling and disposal Work with Product team to ensure roadmap and strategic sourcing alignment Required Skills Exceptional written and verbal presentation and communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with business partners and vendorsAbility to think critically, analyze information, and make actionable recommendations Self-starter, able to succeed in a fluid and fast-paced work environment  High degree of organizational capability with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Strategic thinker while hands on in all activities  Strong problem solving skills  Business process oriented with ability to communicate process flows and requirements Fact Based and Data Driven with a high attention to detail Technical competency including advanced Microsoft Excel skills  Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or a combination of equivalent education and experience) 5+ years of experience Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management / Planning New product introduction experience Supply chain experience with complex, high-value assets and global suppliers Hands on experience with ERP systems Lifecycle approach to supplier management and relationship owner   256-109

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
