Customer Support Engineer

The company and the role: This Peninsula based position with a rapidly growing company is bringing on several big name clients that are using their product. This growth has necessitated the need for this new position. This position is partially customer facing, as you will be speaking with clients that are experiencing issues with the product. You will be taking escalated tickets that have coding bugs, detecting where the bugs are, and escalating the more severe issues to another tier. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
