Sales Operations Support Specialist (REP EB)

As a Sales Operations Support Specialist, you are part of the Sales Operations Team, the hub between sales, technology, economics and execution. In this role, you will serve as a support resource to the sales team (Account Executives and Sales Management). This includes collaborating directly with the sales team and leading the internal coordination of information and activities with various functional groups within Stem including project operations, product management, marketing, engineering and business development. You will also be responsible for interacting with utility personnel in conjunction with obtaining customer specific information such as interval meter data and rate schedules.
Activities/Responsibilities
Support sales professionals in the organization of data and documents for complex sales transactions
Work with utilities across the US and Canada to request and receive customer energy data and related information
Configure and run data processing tools to generate preliminary savings analyses
Perform quality control checks on every transaction at specific points in the sales process to ensure data is accurate and complete
Format, verify, and upload large data sets
Track and record data related to sales transactions in Salesforce.com
Coordinate with members of the Sales Analyst team to prioritize activities as needed
Identify process improvement opportunities
This position includes data entry and the use of checklists to ensure accuracy and timely completion
Required Skills
Highly organized and process-minded
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with MS Excel, especially working with large data sets
Collaborative and communicative with colleagues
Curiosity about energy management and/or B2B sales process
Required Experience
Undergraduate degree preferred
2+ years of high volume data entry / processing, compliance quality assurance, or other clerical experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
