The Customer Service Representative delivers fast and friendly customer service, conducts sales transactions, completes shift reports, cleans, and performs other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to work cooperatively and unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer/s expectations.

  • Must be reliable and punctual.



PREFERRED SKILLS:



  • Proven experience in upholding customer service, safety, security, image, and cleanliness standards.


  • Flexible schedule - Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.


  • Cash handling experience



OTHER INFORMATION:

Customer Service Representatives must be able to meet physical requirements of the position, which includes long periods of standing and/or bending, frequent lifting up to 20 pounds, and working in outdoor and in-store cooler environments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
