Behavioral Support Specialist

Invo HealthCare Associates (Invo) and Progressus Therapy (Progressus) have joined forces to create the nation's leading special education and early intervention company nationwide. We are currently expanding our team of Behavioral Support Specialists in Millbrae, CA and have an incredible full-time opportunity available working in a moderate-severe middle school (6th-8th grade) Special Day Class with five students of varying needs. The qualified candidate must have experience with behavioral needs and academic support.
Experience working with Autism population
Acts as liaison between child care providers, families, and community resources for inclusion and special needs services
Attend initial IEP meetings, periodic IEP Input and Annual IEP meetings
Maintain appropriate records and paperwork
Maintain strict confidentiality of all shared verbal and written information gathered
Ability to effectively communicate with parents/guardians, other therapeutic support professionals, and administrators
Demonstrate compliance with state-mandated training requirements
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
Current MA Behavior Specialist license/certified
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year College or University in Early Childhood Education (certification in early childhood special needs), child development, special education or related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
