Front Of House Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Service Manager, Account Executive, Production Assistant, and Staffing Manager; front of house service positions are the face of Taste Catering and Event Planning. This position represents Taste in the highest professional standards and consistently contributes to the team.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly
Meets Taste hygiene and appearance standards.

Solid work ethic
Arrives on time, in proper uniform and ready to work.
Efficiently completes set-up duties
Consistent contributing team member
Attends staff meeting in full uniform
Listens to Service Manager communicate timeline and special instructions
Understands job assignments
Asks questions when unsure about anything
Is guest ready 30 minutes prior to start time
Contributes to the organization of onsite equipment
Handles equipment and property with care, including rental equipment
Takes direction and aims for an efficient breakdown
Does not sign out before all duties are completed
Returns loaned uniform items when signing out
Treats co-workers with dignity and respect

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
